We accept return requests within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased on sale or using a discount code
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order at divineearthherbal575@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The ₹100 shipping fee will not be refunded, even if the return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item received is damaged or defective due to our error.
